The OITP has issued a Request for Offer to develop a Northern Strategy. Recognizing the unique challenges of the north, the OITP is seeking a qualified consultant or consulting team to develop a practical, evidence-informed Northern Strategy that identifies what must be in place for OITP to achieve its vision in Northern Ontario and how Regional Intensive Treatment Networks will need to function to support equitable, timely, culturally responsive, and sustainable access to intensive services.
The deadline for submissions for this project is May 27, 2026.
